Salle Mae trade school loan bankruptcy Qaulify For?
I have a Sallie Mae private student loans which I think is called "Career Training" of the Loan or something like that. I just know it is not backed government, but is private. Can you get rid of this type of loan in bankruptcy? I know Government supported student loans are not allowed. Actually, your answer below is wrong. I called Sallie Mae and twice asked whether the loan in a position under bankruptcy protection should be dismissed. can both occasions I was told that the loan closed in bankruptcy. The second time I called I asked her why she was able to be and I was told that there is a "semi student loan is. My credit is what is called a career training loan for a vocational school. I do not think that a loan can be discharged in bankruptcy, but you can go to a site or NOLO a book on bankruptcy and look at the nature of the claim that happiness can be unloaded.
