Need help on a good way to prevent a foreclosure.?

I have a friend who has lived for years four, in their present home for over and sold, a power option loan but was told it was an interest only loan. They are quite backward to go out on their mortgage and into popular Credit card / car loan debt. I just found out that they lose their homes to foreclosure by the end of the month, and they will file for bankruptcy. Is there a way we help to keep their home from foreclosure?
