A Sallie Mae loan disolving into bankruptcy?
I do not know who to believe here and a little more input. Because of my situation, I'm probably going to have to file for bankruptcy. I called Sallie Mae and twice asked whether the loan is able to be discharged under bankruptcy protection. Both times I was told that yes, that the loan can be resolved under bankruptcy protection. The second time I called I asked why she was able to be and I was told that there was a "Semi student loans" is. My credit is a so-called loans for vocational training, a vocational school. This is good news, because I do not see how I back pay due to my situation. Yet, everyone says I talk to the Web on the student loans are not resolved in bankruptcy. Who is correct?
