bankruptcy student loans canada

Can collection agencies do this?
I had a student loan, and it went bankrupt in the bankruptcy, I have been fired before. It is more than 7 years old and it was unloaded. A collection agency called Alliance One, I called, she sent a notice of discharge. After this you will then have a collection agency discuss NCN called named and he tells me that even though I asked to mail for him, me a copy of what he wants, he refuses and explains that they escalate, before I would ever get his announcement in the e-mail. So they can one account of a debt collection agency to another, if you have deposited, and was made a bankruptcy discharged? Can he tell me more than once a day, when he has it. What is my recourse to the action? I am in Ontario, Canada
If a collection agency tried to dismiss a claim in the bankruptcy (and student loans are discharged in bankruptcy in Canada when they gather about 7 years old), it is against the law.
