How do I make an offer to an auction house to a house in a bankruptcy sale?

I want to make an offer for a house, by an auction house auctioned. Since a bankruptcy is invovled. But I only saw the exact same house is with a real estate agent, and can not understand how this is possible. If you do not Experience with buying real estate by auction?
