Is bankruptcy the right choice to make?
Ive had my car and I'm repo'd job are on many credit cards and loans for about 5 months due to loss one. I called the creditor and all together they currently provide a sufficiently low pay of job for me especially without pay as much as my previous job. My Credit is already destroyed in the past due balances and a repo, so a bankruptcy really make it worse than it is. Clearing this debt is the best way, or there is still hope for good credit, although it is a repo on my credit card?
Not declared bankruptcy. They make it worse for you. Every month pay a bit more than the minimum balance. Do not buy stupid stuff (pay your rent and electricity bills, and buy your food. Eat less, or buy cheaper food for now), if you have a car to travel less (only for work and stay home if you do not work and have your friends) and use the money saved to pay off the debt. Find stuff for sale around the house on eBay or a flea market. You can do things that you like to be, but they're not worth keeping, if you so much have to pay. You will be free of these debts, and when all is said and done, you will be happier and have a new life that you never thought you could have. No stress. They feel great!
