Timeshare maintenance fees in arrears?

I have almost a deeded (fully paid) timeshare in Reno Nevada. I'm out of work, in my maintenance fees are delinquent and sent around to collect. The company will not take back. It is impossible to sell and difficult if not impossible, even to donate. I do not have the money since they charge you several hundred to even. Would it be advisable to let it go to foreclosure. would that happen? I I just filed bankruptcy and my credit score does not care.

The foreclosure is not to make your situation worse, when accumulated in the bankruptcy. No sense, good money after bad.
