Is there any chance of me gettting my license back after it has been suspended?

I have a really bad driving record and I got a ticket while I was already on supervision. So now my license is suspended for a whole year. I had to file a motion to vacate my last ticket. What do you think my chances are? I was speeding like 20mph over. If it’s not vacated is there any other possibility of me getting my license back? Please give me some advice. I don’t need any negative comments. I have enough things going on in my life. I owe $5000 to college tuition. My car is trashed and I need a new one. My grandma is very sick. My parents have filed for bankruptcy. My sister in law is moving and leaving my niece and nephew without a mother so my brother is stuck raising two kids on his own. This is the very last thing I need right now. Please help me. If it helps I live in Kane County Illinois. Thanks so much.

Maybe you could try to get a hardship license. They dont come cheap though.
