Purchases from bankruptcy?

I failed because a company must file personal bankruptcy. My question is, I live in Ohio I am financially strapped be for the next 4 years the payment of debts outside of business hours. My problem is my refrigerator died yesterday, and everyone tells me to Purchase of a 90 days before filing. I have never failed to pay a bill but I am unemployed and for quite a while before I get financial freedom ever again. I am at a loss what to do. Does anyone have any advice.

If you borrow money for a new refrigerator, if you know you will be filing bankruptcy, that fraud. If you are the first response, advising and buying a used refrigerator CASH, you should be good. As long as you're not spending on items that you not need to know the bankruptcy court, you still have costs.
