Can be 13 bankruptcy estate taxes, in a chapter?

I was wondering whether property taxes can repay part of your Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan? I tried doing some research but not finding much. I live in Wisconsin, but I do not think that's important because bankruptcy is on a Federal Court level, such a particular state would not matter.

Yes, they can be included in Chapter 13. Your lawyer will (should) ask about it and as the County List of creditors. They are part of the redemption / budget on your B22C.
