Judgement post-bankruptcy?

I have recently provided for in buying a house and encountered a problem on my credit report. I filed bankruptcy back in 2004, when lived I was in New York. The main reason was for a debt to a local credit union for about 9,000. This was included in the bankruptcy. Now, after reviewing my Credit report, I saw that there is a ruling from the credit union for that amount. The sentence was under bankruptcy. Has anyone heard of it, I contacted the lawyer who me file helped with the paperwork and of course he thinks will see more money into it but it is not valid when the debt was included in the bankruptcy. Thanks

You must to hire an attorney to set aside the verdict. If it's for a pre-election petition debt, they violated the permanent injunction, which shall enter into force when your Discharge is entered. Pay a lawyer a few hundred dollars, this would certainly be worth clear that it was the bankruptcy attorney or a lawyer, the collections / minor Claims court is regularly. Alternatively, the credit union about it, but I doubt they will feel compelled to do something if they they will be sanctioned if they feel will do nothing.
