I need free grief support or online?

I asked this question two weeks ago and received a reply. However, I was out of the now resolution led to given that sites or sites, dealt with the loss of a child or spouse. To the question: I am 22 years old. Shortly after turning 16, my father died at the age pass of 38. I was later diagnosed with PTSD resulting from his death and the fact that I'm in a situation where I was not in the able to mourn his death. About two weeks ago, my mother died at the age of 43. I have a good support system in my friends, but my mother's family is a nightmare. I feel I need extra support right now. I lost two jobs due to business expansion bankruptcy and was recently severely injured in a fall, so I can not afford added expenses. I have to either free bereavement support in my area (south of San Francisco) or free online support, like a chat room or forum. Can someone tell me in the right direction?

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. Try: groups.yahoo.com and search for a group that is right for you. Maybe you can join a few groups and see what feels right for several days. I wonder if there is a clinic in your area that offer bereavement support would? I hope someone from SF you will guide them in the right direction. Take care.
