Hi I live in PA (Pittsburgh) and I will file for bankruptcy. One of the questions from the lawyer is, if I rent . Upsatirs pay I live in a aprtment about my parents, their home. we only had a verbal agreement that I pay $ 350.00 monthly rent or to help pay some bills for the house. To use, which is a payment on my bankruptcy a verbal agreement enough or I would have to lease an apartment to "prove" I can pay the rent? Thanks for any help you can give.

The canceled checks from your parents, it should be enough. If it were not I would think their tax return, where they claimed the rental income would also work.
