When can i sell off a government auctioned home?
I bought a foreclosed home from the government in Philadelphia about 3 years ago. I heard that before i am able to sell the property i must keep it for a certain time or i violate the terms of the contract. Id like to know how long must i wait before i can sell the property off in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Please help me as i can not find the info, your help will be greatly appreciated by me!
Thank you.

Read the contract. If you can’t find a copy of the contract. read the deed. If there are no restrictions mentioned in the deed, you may sell it as you please.
