Who knows how to remove the debt covered in the bankruptcy of a credit report?
After I filed for bankruptcy, said a woman I used to Working with me she went to a seminar on rebuilding after bankruptcy credit. She was told, you should hire a lawyer to clear out the possibility that the whole Bankruptcy cancels debt, record your credit card. Every site I've checked says it can not be done. If you have done this, and if so, how did you do it?
YES YOU CAN DO IT!. I work for a bankruptcy attorney. I even went through bankruptcy, even back in 2005. To send all three credit reporting agencies a copy of your discharge together with a copy of your creditor matrix. At this point they will remove the debt from your credit report. They will then send you an updated credit report. It can a few times to get it all removed. However, your credit report that you had filed for bankruptcy, and it is thus up to 7 years.
