Foreclosure after bankruptcy?

My question relates to a foreclosure after bankruptcy in the state of Oklahoma dismissed my bancruptsy in August was the last of Year we could keep our house. But we can not claim the payments. The house will probably soon go into forclosure. My attorny told us that if it helps would be that the bancruptsy would cover this. Is that true?

It depends on whether you sign a confirmation agreement for the mortgage. If not, then yes, your personal responsibility for the mortgage has been discharged. If yes, then no, you signed a new contract agreed to the mortgage paid after the bankruptcy was filed, and that would not have been done in the bankruptcy.
