bankruptcy official forms

what forms do i need to file bankruptcy?
i found the website but am not sure what forms i need to file for bankruptcy. i rent an apartment, have no stocks and what not.. i am a college student who works part time. i just need to know what forms to get from this website.. i am filing for a chapter 7 because i can’t pay anything back, so if u could be specific that would greatly help me. this is the official website… http://www.paeb.uscourts.gov/pages/clerk/bankruptcy_forms.htm#local_forms
can you be more specific with what forms i need?
The laws have changed on how you get and who can file the forms. Used to, you could get them, fill them out yourself and file yourself. Now you have to hire someone legally certified to do it for you. This does not have to be an attorney btw… when they changed the law they created certification for this.
Making it cost more money to file bankruptcy was part of trying to deter ppl from filing.
