I plan on applying for a mortgage loan and had a foreclosure and bankruptcy 3 years ago … help me here.?
Ok, I went through a bad divorce, Bankruptcy, Forclosure on the home we lived years later, at three I got a couple of personal loans, new car loans and 2 credit cards (they have very little Use). I have all my payments on time, with rent and utilities. I owe some federal tax returns with payments but are taken out of my control every month. My Fiance and I have a house we rent for the purchase of play of our landlord, I have at my job for 11 years and she's at work for 1 year but has a good credit score but not much activity. Will we be able to …. be able to get a loan fairly easily I am a little worried get!
