All lawyers know the best ways to start a solo bankruptcy practice?
Hello graduated, I at the Law School in 2001 and practiced primarily personal injury Law for a while in a small company I never cared. I wonder if there are any attorneys who practice bankruptcy could tell me how difficult Is it possible to have a solo bankruptcy practice and how I might go about doing this would be. First, this is to think the way that I could find out, with form books and software, or should I work in a fixed first? Any good book / recommmendations material would be very grateful. Even I could do especially Chapter 7's or do I really need to do all kinds to stay afloat? Any helpful information from experienced bankruptcy lawyers would be very grateful! I am licensed in Minnesota, if that helps you In your answer. Thank you!
