I transferred from Michigan to Pennsylvania for work. I was dismissed. Should I file bankruptcy here?
or wait until I return to Michigan? I do not want to, but I have 6000 a month's worth of Bill after a few bad decisions and is out of my unemployment.
Which is easier for you. Bankruptcy is a federal process and not a state process. It does not matter what state you are in. You need to file for bankruptcy to a bankruptcy lawyer a few months to work at least. Where it would be easier for you to work with the lawyer?
