Does anyone have the credit card company denied reimbursement for Zoom Airlines?

I bought a ticket frm Vancouver to Manchester by Zoom Airlines and my Credit card companies (Visa Desjardins) not refund my money. They tell me to "zoom agency handling bankruptcy" and only if they deny my Refund Visa Desjardins "dispute" it. I really think they give me run around by the nose. What steps can I take to print Visa Desjardins, give me my replacement, or how can I find out what agency is handling Zoom airline bankruptcy?

I was stranded in Canada and recently had to book some flights Air Canada to return to England. I booked a return trip from Glasgow and Zoom went bust while I leave. My visa credit card refund for my return flight. Have you an insurance policy? Perhaps it could cover.
