Can a foreclosure happen bankruptcy after the debt discharged?

I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and included my mortgage in bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was dismissed and I took off my property. Then I learned that the mortgage lender has "put foreclosure proceedings Started" on my credit report. This process started after the debt had been discharged and I had moved out. Is that correct or is there a way to force the mortgage company, this from my credit card Report remove? Lenders are treating this as a foreclosure now instead of bankruptcy.

If you mortgage bankruptcy, which was in your debt and the balance unload your credit report read "Included in Bankruptcy" and show a $ 0 You can either have dispute this account with the credit bureaus or your lawyer from a fire sharp letter to your ex mortgage.
