Should we sell our house?
My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in 2005. We live in Ohio. According to our lawyer Ohio law has a law where if you File bankruptcy on your home you can continue in it as long as you live your payments. We have to make our payments and have lived in our house until today. If We had filed for bankruptcy we mark the otion one paper that we commit to the loan. When we signed it we pay off our house and could not file bankruptsy it again. If we sign him we could not only live in, as long as our payments and then we could not we just "walk away" whenever we (we were committed, it's worth it) wanted. We did not sign the paper. Now we are ready to move on. We asked the bank and they said we could sell it and pay off our mortgage and then we could from them again reborrow, (now). If we just went away, we could not reborrow, they (ever). So my question is: We just let them borrow it will depend on our ability to benefit from another lender on the road.
each transaction is removed from the bankruptcy until his 10 Years from the date of the bankruptcy court discharge affected
