I have a documented clearance w / the courts, but not on my credit report, I have a Bankruptcy discharged in September 2006, and a credit score that's in the top 600 is good credit check with minimal risk. I bought a new car, and I have credit cards from major banks, which I consider an unusual client. What are my chances of getting a lease in a nice complex? Ok, I spoke w / my previous landlord, and they are willing to give me a reference and recommendation. As a neutral party would you be persuaded?
