It was suggested that the Insolvency Service to provide some of their pension funds are, but is that true? Who knows any good weblinks where I can find further reading on the subject? Thank you in advance for your help.
The answer is yes, unfortunately, seems to will. I've included a link in the sources that might be able to help over the issue, although the 2 Link suggests otherwise, I think it depends the type of pension scheme. Sorry I can not help anymore.
