Where can I find the information on Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Southern Illinois?

I have a request for relief from Automatic Stay with the correct Prepare Certificate of Service, Privacy Policy and proposed order for my bankruptcy class. Where can I find out what they need to look in them or what they contained. This would be filed in a court in Southern Illinios. I have all the facts and everything. There are no examples in my text book.
