bankruptcy hearing questions
Can I lie and say I can file bankruptcy to get credit card companies to provide the content with less?

I have five credit cards amounting to approximately U.S. $ 11,000. My parents offered to them (to pay for me and I would give them) pay a lower monthly rate. The question is, would I like giving these companies for less. I've heard they are easy to regulate, if they believe that you can file bankruptcy? I'm not going into receivership. In addition to the moral factor that they would ever know / it could happen to me? The account was seriously behind in 4-5 years, but has been since the current one.

If you have a credit card You agree to accept the card company access to your personal information to give. You will know when you are really out of bankruptcy on the basis of your financial data, your credit report, your credit on your other credit cards and other information. Some can have a solution, even if you do not have standing before the bankruptcy but be careful … Your credit can be damaged.
