I'm in a lot of trouble and need some advice on what to do.?

I went to place a debt consolidation and they advised me to bankruptcy Register, but in my state, it cost about $ 1500.00 to do, I have some pay every month but could not come up with the payments that they would now have I is a collection agency or lawyer, I turned myself have no opportunity to defend itself, I do not have the money to what I do PLEASE no nasty comments I'm just looking for some honest "friendly" advice do fight. Collection Agency should be able to work payments, which They work together. Talk to them and find out what you can afford and how about setting up a payment plan.
