In reference to Chapter 7 bankruptcy?

How far back can the court go on quitclaim deed when filing for Chapter 7 in Florida? Thanks in advance. I know that they are as far as 2 years, but what are the chances that they go back further? Thanks in advance.

You can only back look, if the law allows. You can not make up new laws or new conditions, how they go together. They follow what the law says. If the law say, 6 months and you have 6 months + 1 day, you're good. If the law says you are 2 years and 2 years + 1 day, you're good. It really is not as arbitrary as it is sometimes appears.
