Has anyone tried to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy without an attorney?
I've seen ads for companies online bankruptcy that and / or preparation of Forms for you. But I wonder how effective are they? Has anyone tried it?
If you have a very simple bankruptcy, it could be done by. But keep in mind that bankruptcy lawyers have studied these things and specilized it for a long time. And even then managed to screw up the case. So the last thing you want, this thing is to have to confusion. Hire a lawyer and have it done right.
