bankruptcy filing records
If you file bankruptcy a medical doctor to send them or keep your medical information when you move?

This response is assumed in the United States. If not ignore, please. Your medical records belong to you. If a doctor refuses your medical records, because you filed for bankruptcy, that would be a violation of the automatic stay or be a violation of order of discharge. Return to your bankruptcy lawyer, the doctor in bankruptcy court for the stay or discharge violation may sue. However, a doctor may decide to provide no further treatment of a patient who has filed bankruptcy. Many do not know but some do. You may need to find a new doctor.
