I live in Indiana and I will be forced to file bankruptcy.?
I count on my car for me to work, so I'm wondering if I file Chapter 7 I will be able to keep in my car. I drive a 2003 Dodge Stratus and it has 125,000 miles on it. The paint shot. Is there a way, it to keep or get another car? I drive 100 miles / day, so I have something reliable.
