bankruptcy file again

Can I file bankruptcy again?
I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was released in 2002. I still need to submit once, but I understand that I wait until 2010 you need another 7 or I can do a 13. I did not use a "disposable" income for payments on a 13, the bankrupt TRULY. Can not affect the fundamentals of what I do. What can I do?
