How can I receive any post-bankruptcy cost the state and Federal Employment Tax for shutdown?
We joined a small dollar stor begun in 2003 and personal bankruptcy in early 2004. We made many mistakes, but tried to pay what we once could not afford, we understood an accountant. The questions come from a 2 and 3 Quarter, and employment and unemployment taxes. We have records showing that we filed and paid within this time. But IRS said we had a higher wages. We showed them what we paid employees and they come witha new amount of tax due each time we talk. State of Michigan showed a zero balence then changed plus 500 to $ 1,400 fines
