Are there any discrimination against bankruptcy laws?

Applied for a job. I had several interviews and was finally told, welcome aboard, and I could start as soon as my background check was completed. I have been considering, because it tells waiver of the bid. I've never even had a parking ticket. My work references are impeccable. And I have no current debt. However, I have 18 months in bankruptcy. Can I be refused because the employment bankruptcy?

It depends on the work and what state you are in. For example, in California, you are only allowed a credit for the Employment decisions if the job deals specifically with the use of money / finances. Depending on how closely a company interprets them, this can be a Quantity of jobs.
