bankruptcy employment contracts

Where is the best place to invest your money in the next year or two?
I expect a high inflation, which makes the purchase of bonds with low Interest would be kind of pointless. I'm not so sure about the stock market, especially after what happened last year. I think the gold price by shorting and futures contracts are with major banks manipulated institutions. The IMF, World Bank will offload a lot of gold this year, reducing what the gold price. The American dollar can also be in trouble soon do to inflation and the economy in general. The new world currency called Special Drawing Rights has already been noted, and I'm not sure if they are going to destroy the dollar or to change slowly over it. Real estate is a bit more work and risk with unreliable tenants and low employment numbers as well. If socialism is bankrupt or goes to America, then property will be taken into possession by the state, along with gold.
Real estate is the least risky I would say. If you have enough money to invest on long-term profitability and a significant amount of money, then real estate is the answer. If you are concerned about tenants, you should not be. Because if you buy a house using an agent. And you can pay an agent, or if you bought a house with the agent, the agent can do this as a favor to find a tenant. The agent will then review some background and summarize their financial situation for you and you can decide if you rent it or not. As you earn money for the rent, the price of housing will pick up again. I'm just a home purchased, the tenant was great and I am in U.S. $ 1,650 / month with the rent alone. Of course, you need to keep the house that could get expensive if you do not carefully be. During the peak, the house that I bought cost about 50 scholarships remember what I paid. But also, the purchase of shares would also be great if you like Warren Buffet courage. I am interested for me to buy stocks and shares, but I just do not know how it works!
