bankruptcy divorce chapter 13

Bankruptcy: Yes or nea?
I'm so far in debt to my divorce, pulled over bank accounts, credit cards, medical bills, and my car is be withdrawn. It has given me so much stress I went home and I'm depressed cause. I'm thinking of bankruptcy or Chapter 13. Is this a terrible idea, there it something else?
Unfortunately No, there is nothing else. Bankruptcy gives you a "new start", but with Ch.13, you have to pay back at least a Part of the blame. Once you do a bankruptcy, it's time to really look at your money management and find out what you are to the point of filing for it. More spending takes place, credit cards of (at least for a year or two). You can not just rack bills again (if some people do), but you can not file another bankruptcy for 8 years after the first file. (Also, unfortunately there is no guarantee of iron that your bankruptcy is approved, although my guess is in this case, it would be).
