I am a believer in a 12/25 Chptr 7 bankruptcy that was denied. When is the automatic stay lifted so that I can move forward with my complaint, the filing of the bankruptcy was filed before the? The bankruptcy court sends a notice to you, as you receive your automatic stay as a believer. Did you participate in the Creditors meetings? It was secured and you have a reaffirmation agreement?
