Bankruptcy discharge / dismissal reasons?

im going to a court hearing this week and already stressed out … I'm from bankruptcy by 2 apartments Foreclosure (4 credits). My sister has left me in this situation, btw. good lawyer pointed out that spend what I earn vs. what i / mo. has much to be $. in-time and contract work should be in the end the end of DEC. Lawyer said, since the job is that "excessive leftover $ (budget)" can be considered ok by the Trustee's decision (?) into consideration. not sure what the deal is? Perhaps the job again to get extended. What are the things trustees consider, pass / fail bk? how much bank balance. min. they want to see
