How long does include Canada?
I have a friend applied for Canadian student visa in India. Visa officer refused him and gave him no visas. He wants Know how long his records are kept in the Canadian visa denial database? Sid B is correct. This record is there for the rest of your friend's life. Do you know the reason why it was rejected?
