Will filing bankruptcy effect of our personal credit?

We were sole proprietorships, when we started our business and had me on that, on Credit. We later added. Within a year, we sold the business and the business did not go well (he is not) pay. So, we are probably to have a result of bankruptcy debt we can not now pay off file. Will this affect our personal credit? Of course, I'm going, a lawyer to speak, but ask if anyone here knows.

Speak with an attorney also has the important question, what do you get the money you may owe. I am not Lawyer but the firm is a separate entity for you, and I do not think it will affect your credit. I'm glad that you included. It was a smart move. Good luck
