Bankruptcy – Can a company that owes you money, you go bankrupt?

To make a long story short .. I performed work for a company to multiple contacts, I went to court and won the claim, but she won the costs (weird I know), based on a separate contact. I did not pay their costs and they filed and won a bankruptcy petition against me. (How will I appeal to the TCC), they amounted to just over EUR 10 000 Owe and cost £ 30,000. I had the Believe that they do not file a bankruptcy against me? This is a British point of law I am aware, but because the company owes me money, and the case is court referral called for. Plus the matter under the Treaty is that they pay the costs of their debts (debts that they agreed and confirmed as an outstanding the court), then as I turn around and get a reversal of the verdict? Or I would be a credit to their debts to the claim that I owe them.

An involuntary bankruptcy petition is when a creditor petitions the bankruptcy court in a proceeding against a debtor Process. Since you owe 20 000, they try to assert their claims to collect against you. You are not actually insolvent and can pay the debt, make arrangement to do.
