I was contacted by a local gang, which was illegally attacked?

I am African-American and was a few weeks ago brutally by a group of Spanish-speaking Men attacked. It turns out that they were 15 minutes later, and 6 of the 10 men who were caught, illegal immigrants. I was hospitilized of the incident and remained in hospital for at least 6 days in the ICU. I have no health insurance and am now stuck with a $ 7,000 medical bill. (I'm on the verge of bankruptcy and am strugging the rounds to come, I will not lose my house and have my family and I live on the street! There is no way to sue the attackers, because they do not even legal citizens! Someone please call me for advice on what to do! This happened in LA, CA.

"At least 6 days:" I would just like know I spent many days in the ICU, "I have no health insurance," I work in a hospital and 6 days in the ICU was 3 or 4 times as much as you say you owe. I do not believe a word of that rant. We have seen dozens of these kinds of stories in the last three years, each more unbelievable than the price before it.
