Some cases, such as bankruptcy and patent rights, which Courts heard only in federal government. Do you think that the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts in these matters is a good idea? Why or why not? Some Cases are heard only in state courts. For example, most family disputes are almost always heard in state court and federal court. Is this is a good idea? Why or why not?

A very good philosophical question, which was as if the Constitution was written. The general idea is that some things should be uniform throughout the country while some things, more local in nature, should be left to the states. And the trend is that most things are local and should the States to decide. So the things that Congress has the right to regulate, exclusively, watch, and in particular Article 1 ยง 8 of the Constitution.
