Credit card companies will probably sue me?
I will probably be sued by the company card credit. I owe $ 120 000 distributed over of about 11 cards. I have to pay them back any way and because of the new bankruptcy law, I do not claim that either. I am sure they will eventually sue me for the debts and get a verdict against me. My question is when this happens, the interest will stop on the debt? How much of my income can they garnish? I'm in California if that makes a difference. Who can help that would be great.
The interest rates will not stop. In general, they take 25% of the paycheck and 100% bonus checks you receive. You can try a lien on your property or file a charge against your bank account. You should try to refinance your property and the debt for pennies on the dollar. Please email me for more information.
