Student loans and bankruptcy?

I live in Canada, and I was discharged from my bankruptcy in 2005 December. At the time I submitted I had student loans, and they were not forgiven, of course. I think they are about $ 8,000 to $ 10,000. I was told I can not student loans now for a few years, up to the standard scary * 7 * And of course it would help if I click on the payment that I have planned:) So, I'm kinda screwed, right? Also, to loans to a to study another country? Because of studying in another country, I have loans from my country and not the other country, is not it? (I think Western Europe) —> <—- Canada I live here, not the U.S., was not meant to sound a bit ** y, I just do not know whether the student loan laws are different in our country or not …

It's a tough call. In America, a bankruptcy of the loans are deferred, but not awarded, as in your case. And if you are in default, you can not qualify more loans. Butt, Butt always, if you is not in default and start back to school to get loans. It only depends on many factors. Well, Here's what I beforehand. The world should work to know a world economy, (I'm not in the) people of today. So there only so many banks that run the show. It could be a problem because these banks are linked. I would go and see if you get there, what will happen. All I know to say, I just feel may have difficulty getting more loans of any kind with Unusual / Lapsed payment of Student Loans in the background.
