bankruptcy and employment law
Will there be a debt amnesty?
With the way the economy is, it is possible that there is an amnesty national debt? Here are some Reasons why I think it is possible: 1) stricter bankruptcy laws make it almost impossible to file for Chapter 7, Chapter 13 so that only one option. If you to vote in Chapter 13, you have to pay back your portion of overtime but with the employment situation in this country, it is very unlikely that you ever Your outstanding debts to repay. So, if you are not in bankruptcy, and credit card companies want you to go to court file, and have ruled against you, but you can always not paid (because there is nothing to garnish), they dont win anything. Would it be wiser to give each a clear slate?
No, will not happen. Debt are mostly pension funds and the nations they would be wiped out. This is probably unconstitutional.
