My laws are and to decide in bankruptcy, their house will foreclose, after the bankruptcy.?
Is there any impact? Will they on the house, they are not included in the BK?
The house will be included in the bankruptcy along with the rest of the debt. The only way keep a house in bankruptcy is to the payments to date and continue to pay for them. You can not exempt it from bankruptcy.
