Bankruptcy in Nevada .. Advice?
I declared bankruptcy, when I lived in California in 2003. Yeah, I got myself in a bind other financial and to examine the knowledge, do it again. I now live in Nevada and I was a bankruptcy attorney here in Nevada, I filed for at least eight years, said said, I had to file Chapter 13. Does anyone know if this provision is the case for a state? And since I live in Nevada, I have to file in Nevada, or I can in California File?
