bankruptcy 727
Bankruptcy question! Please help!?
My mother filed bankruptcy in 2001 and it’s still affecting her credit. She thought it could only count for 7 years! She’s got a letter that says it’s covered under “ch 7, section 727 of title 11″. If it makes a diff, we’re in Florida. Please help. It’s all gibberish to me. 
bankruptcy stays on your credit for 10 years, bad credit stays on for 7 years
